SIMILARITY

Some of the cartoons that were selected for the competition for awards and for the printed catalog were found to be similar to already published cartoons. We do not think that it is plagiarism, but that different cartoonists came up with similar or the same ideas. However, we decided to exclude cartoons that have similarities with previously published cartoons from the competition. We ask the cartoonists for their understanding.
