He was born in 1958. He is artist of newspaper «Kaliningradskaia Pravda».

He is the prize-man of the exhibitions in Ancone, Gabrovo, Marostica, Skopje, Porto, Budapesht, Cuneo, Legnica, Tallinn, Moscow. He had the personal exhibitions in Kaliningrad, Saint-Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, Sovietsk, Sofia. He was the first exhibitioner of the Center of humour (Association of Soviet cartoonists), 1990. His works are in private collections in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, France. He was ”The man of the year” in nomination “ the smile of the year” (Kaliningrad, 1999).
