He was born in 1965 in Sunid Left Banner Inner Mongolia Aotonomous Region of China. He is the member of the FECO-CHINA ,also he is the member of Inner Mongolia Association for Artist. 1986-1988 studied and majored in Arts and Crafts Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University. 1992-1995 studied in the Mongolian Language Department of Inner Mongolia Education College. Now he is Teaching at Department of Art of Xilingol Vocational College.

First Prize of the 3rd Edition Int'l Salt & PepperSatirical Art Salon/ Romania 2017.

First Prize of the Int'l Kaplanlar Refrigeration Cartoon competition/ Turkey 2017.

He has won more than 200 prizes and selected on the National and International cartoon competitions in 52 countries.
